Biography

Wales focuses his practice on oil and gas transactional and litigation matters, including title, deed interpretations, interpleaders, lease disputes, document drafting and review. He has experience in oil and gas transactions, complex commercial litigation, real property litigation, and oil and gas related litigation in both Texas and federal courts. He also has experience conducting title examinations in the Permian Basin and the Eagle Ford Shale.
