Biography

Katherine focuses her practice on estate planning, real estate and oil and gas matters. She works with clients to prepare a comprehensive estate plan including Wills, Trusts and other incapacity documents tailored to their personal needs and goals. Katherine also works on oil and gas title and transactional matters and residential real estate transactions. She has extensive experience working with both large-scale and start-up operators all over the State of Texas, including a specific focus on both the Eagle Ford Shale and the Permian Basin.
